All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Service.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the items in order to initiate any claim.
Only standard, non customized, off-the-shelf products are eligible for returns.
All custom products and dated items are exempt from being returned
We only provide exchanges for items that are defective.
For products picked up at our stores, you must inspect your items at the time of pickup, and notify us in writing of any deficiencies by filling a claim form, also at the time of pickup.
For products ship to the location you designate at the time of ordering, you must inspect your items upon arrival, and notify us in writing of any defects by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the items.
To be eligible for an exchange, we must have received your item, unused, in the same quantity as shipped, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any items in which you are requesting an exchange must be returned to the store in which they were picked up, or to the following location: 3814 Bissonnet Street, Houston, TX, 77005, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once the items you return are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your claim is accepted by Us, We will provide, at our option, one of the following within a reasonable time: a product according to the specifications and files you originally ordered, a non-transferable credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item or a check.
All refunds or credits are limited to the lesser of $100.00 or the sum of the amount you paid for the item and the shipping costs.
If you received our notification approving a refund and originally paid by credit or debit card, but haven’t received a refund within 7 days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund or exchange.
